A vapor permeable, quilted top cover is included with each StarMatt System. The cover encompasses not only the StarMatt but the hospital or bed mattress as well, protecting the bed mattress from fluids and helping to prevent sliding of the StarMatt during Transfers in and out of bed. Machine washable.

A heavy duty carrying bag is included with each StarMatt System providing a convenient way to transport the StarMatt from individual care settings. The carrying bag easily holds all four StarMatt sections, cover and hand pump.
