Incorporated in June of 1995, Star Cushion Products began manufacturing the Standard (4") and Short (2") Contour cushion, and the StarMatt in their Belleville, IL facility. Quickly accepted by healthcare professionals and end-users, the Star cushion line now offers one of the most complete product lines in the industry and has grown to include our Mid Contour (3") cushion line, our CXR cushion and our most innovative cushion, the StarLock Cushion.

In 2000, Star Cushion entered into a relationship with Invacare Corporation to provide the insert for the Invacare Air Infinity line of cushions. The relationship continues to this day but with a new and exciting cutting edge manufacturing process enhancing overall quality.

Star Cushion Products continues to manufacture and offer pediatric, adult and Bariatric sizes in both cushions and overlays, and custom cushions to address your specific seating needs. Due to a growing demand for our quality products, Star Cushion moved in 2001 to a new, larger and more efficient manufacturing facility located in Freeburg, IL. Star Cushion continues to serve the growing seating and positioning needs of the domestic U. S. Market. In addition, Star Cushion Products is now very excited about providing our quality products to a growing international market as well.

Star Cushion Products is continuing to design and develop new, innovative products for the medical marketplace. In addition, Star Cushion has recently begun looking into consumer seating as well with the ultimate goal of offering our technology and design capabilities to all individuals who could benefit from high quality, therapeutic cushioning.
